TGIF

We have nothing to celebrate here other than the fact it is friday and now Daddy can hang with us more up here. And I do beleive Nurse Zabrina will be back tonight, Gracie has been asking about her all week. Gabi is doing fine, no changes since yesterday. So I guess at this point we will contiue with no news is good news. Except I have to admit I'd love a little news as far as we are moving forward, but I know that will come with time!

I want to leave you all with this thought. Someone sent us this through an annonymous comment and I must say, it is very powerful...THANK YOU!

“God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.”

By the way, I just read a comment from one of Jason's friends...Becky you brought tears to my eyes. It is amazing how someone you don't even know can touch your heart and let you know you can get through even the toughest of times...Thanks!

Micah, I can't even imagine how difficult this is on you - especially as time wears on and you feel like there is no end. What I can bet on with confidence is that once all of this has passed, you will see just how much you DO have to be thankful for and that every day in this life with Gabi has been and will be a blessing - no matter where you are. Don't give up on God and he won't give up on you. When things seem impossible, pray hard and LET him do the rest. Easier said than done, I know.

Micah,
You are soooooo welcome! You are amazing! So many times you have brought tears to my eyes as I read the "adventures" of Gabi. Gabi will love reading all of this someday. It is really special that you are doing this for her, and for everyone else that her life has touched. Keep strong girl! I can't wait to meet you and Gabi someday.

Wow, your little angel is such a fighter and gone through so much, I have gone through and read her blog and I can't believe how much your family has been through! I will definitely keep up with her blog and follow her progress, she was born a year and 2 days after Ashlea, she was born 1/10/06, and I can't imagine going through all of this with Ashlea. I will definitely keep your little angel and your family in my thoughts.
