This picture is for Papa Acker, it's his favorite! Check out those B-E-A-U-tiful blue eyes...
Oh punky, we miss you so much...the pain is not getting any easier and I am starting to wonder if it ever will???
I have been thinking about this for a while now. One of the gifts we received after Gabi passed was a beautiful wind chime, from Mike and Whitney. Well I finally made Jason hang it on Sunday. It is hanging on our porch and let me tell you, the thing has not stopped making noise. Everytime I hear it it is gives me a warm fuzzie feeling. I can hear it throughout the entire complex...hope the neighbors don't mind and I say oh well if they do, it is very theraputic for me. In fact the other night it was raining and we had our bedroom windows cracked, I fell asleep to the chimes. I know Gabi is near and hearing the chime reassures that!

What a great gift. It's like my cardinal and blue bird. I use to never see those birds and on the day of the funeral for my granpa I saw a blue bird and now I see them all the time and just think..that's my grandpa.. It's such a great feeling. and the Cardinal is my next door neighbor who loved them and when I see, I just think of how proud he would be of me!
God Bless u honey and your family, and the gorgeous baby that's growing!

This was posted in a Moms group I am in and I thought I would share, hope you don't mind.
Hugs From Heaven
When you feel a gentle breeze
Caress you when you sigh
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From a loved one way up high
If a soft and tender raindrop
Lands upon your nose
They've added a small kiss
As fragile as a rose
If a song you hear fills you
With a feeling of sweet love
It's a hug sent from Heaven
From someone special up above
If you awaken in the morning
To a bluebird's chirping song
It's music sent from Heaven
To cheer you all day long
If tiny little snowflakes
Land upon your face
It's a hug sent from Heaven
Trimmed with Angel lace
To ease our pain and sorrow
Through out those many days
Hugs are sent from Heaven
In many different ways.
I love the sound of windchimes. So glad you are feeling her presence.
On a side note: you and I both refer to the word beautiful as B-E-A-U-tiful. I am sure it is for the same reason. Mr. Carey sure has made it famous in "Bruce Almighty" hasn't he?
I know Gabi is near!!! She will go with you always. Love ya and missing you. I am extremely sleep deprived!!! I am finally going to get a full time night nurse (my sister!!) I can't wait.

Oh Micah, that's wonderful, that's a sure sign from baby Gabi!
I saw your post below about your laptop. It didn't give me any problems. Did I do something? I'm really worried now. Can't wait to see you guys. We're headed to the hospital bright and early...ugh!
One big leap to tackle is realizing the pain we feel for the loss never goes away, though it may get smaller, we simply learn to live with it and use it to teach others how precious life is and how we can change others by sharing, hang in there. I'm excited to learn more about your pregnancy, keep us all posted!
Fuzzie luv
